" Understanding how bone marrow preserves CD8 t cell memory "

Francesca DI ROSA (Institut Of Molecular Biology and Pathology, National Research Council, Rome – ITALIE)

Contact : melanie.wencker@inserm.fr

Memory T cell maintenance is central to the long-lived immunological protection of vertebrates. The presentation will offer
a new perspective for how the bone marrow supports long-lived T cell memory. The talk will focus on CD8 T cells, the
cytotoxic T cell subset able to provide long-lasting protection against intracellular pathogens, including viruses and bacteria,
and cancer cells..
