New Mass Photometer TwoMP from Refeyn
The PSF platform and the MMSB unit have recently acquired new state-of-the-art equipment: Refeyn's Mass Photometer TwoMP, thereby expanding their technological capabilities.
This equipment allows high-resolution characterisation of proteins in solution via optical measurement of mass at the surface of a coverslip. It has a variety of applications: determining the oligomeric state of proteins or complexes in solution (between 50 kDa and 5 MDa), studying protein-protein interactions, and pre-CryoEM purity quality control.
