Thermal Shift Assay
Test Thermal Shift Assay on your protein of interest : using a fluorescent reagent, you will be able to determine the melting temperature of your protein in the presence of potential inhibitors or in the presence of 96 different buffers.
Thus, this new service will allow you to initiate an inhibitor screening campaign, or determine the storage conditions of your protein by stabilizing it in an optimized buffer.
