SLIDE SCANNER
The Axio Scan.Z1 slide scanner is located in the Centre d'Imagerie Quantitative Lyon-Est on the site of Laennec (CIQLE core facility).
This digital slide scanner is rapid and reliable for brightfield and fluorescence microscopy. It allows us to digitize specimens and to create virtual slides.
The equipment consists of:
- Fluorescence microscope with large field of view, 4 colors, transmission, polarization, and a magazine for 100 slides.
- Objectives x5 (0.25) Fluar, x20 (0.45) Pol, x20 (0.8) Apo, x40 (0.95) Apo
- Cameras 3CCD, CMOS
- Filter cubes DAPI, GFP, Cy3, Cy5
- LED Illumination sources 365, 470, 560, 625 nm.
