Infectiotron
The EquipEx InfectioTron, coordinated by Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, aims to strengthen the Lyon ecosystem in order to implement the 'One Health' concept in the field of emerging infectious diseases
Spatial Cell ID
Spatial-Cell-ID offers national equipment to identify and characterise the transcriptome of each cell, while preserving its spatial position, in multicellular organisms

A platform for pre-clinical model experimentation in confined conditions and their multi-scale characterization
LyMIC
PLATIM the Imaging facility of SFR Biosciences is, since 2013, part of the regional LBI core facility certified by the IBiSA label (IBiSA coordinates core facilities in the area of life sciences throughout France).
AniRA
Nine facilities of SFR Biosciences are part of the AniRA regional core facility certified by the IBiSA label since 2007 (IBiSA coordinates core facilities in the area of life sciences throughout France). AniRA belongs to the National large scale infrastructure Network CELPHEDIA (Creation, Breeding, Phenotyping, Distribution and Archiving of vertebrate models).
PhenoCan
The Phenocan project is dedicated to multiparametric phenotypic characterization from single cells to whole organisms. This project is funded by the Investment Program Investissement d’Avenir (Equipex).
