X-Ray irradiator
PRESENTATION
The X-ray irradiator from SFR Biosciences (UAR3444/US8) is dedicated to the irradiation of biological samples (eukaryotic cells, bacteria, nematodes, fruit flies, mice, etc.) for research purposes.
This equipment is available to academic and/or industrial laboratories. To learn more: X-ray irradiator
EQUIPMENT
X-RAD 320 (PXi) type biological X-ray irradiator delivers a high voltage of 5 to 320 kV allowing precise, homogeneous and deep irradiation doses (ideal for small animals).
Technical information on this equipment is available here:

TRAINING
The use of the biological irradiator is strictly limited to authorised persons, i.e. those who have received appropriate training from the instrument manager.
During this training, users receive information about radiation protection and learn how to operate the X-ray irradiator. Users are also guided, according to their experimental needs and receive suitable protocols.
